Sabra Dipping Co. Creates Success In Virginia


No. 1 Brand of Hummus Builds Center of Excellence


Sabra Dipping Co. recently announced two projects on its 49-acre campus at Ruffin Mill Industrial Park in Chesterfield County, Va. The company will expand its existing food manufacturing operation and establish a Center of Excellence research and development facility. The combined investment will bring $28 million and 90 new jobs to Chesterfield County.

In 2008, The Strauss Group partnered with PepsiCo. to form Sabra Dipping Co., and together selected Chesterfield County as the location for the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Sabra has become the top-selling brand of hummus in the U.S., and continues to experience exceptional growth.
